Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 12 September 2026.

Edukinetics Practise (Pty) Ltd, trading as Edukinetics (“we”, “us”), is committed to ensuring our website, https://edukinetics.com/, is accessible to as many people as possible, including parents and guardians with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities. This is especially important to us given that we work with children who may themselves have physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities, and whose parents and caregivers should be able to find and use our services easily.

1. Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, an internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. While South Africa does not yet have legislation that specifically mandates a web accessibility standard, our approach is guided by WCAG 2.1 AA and by the broader principles of equal access reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act 4 of 2000 (PEPUDA).

2. What we do

  • We aim to provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information;
  • We aim to ensure our website can be navigated using a keyboard alone;
  • We aim to use sufficient colour contrast between text and background;
  • We aim to use clear, readable fonts and a logical page and heading structure;
  • We aim to ensure forms (such as our enrolment and contact forms) have clear labels and error messages; and
  • We review new content and features we add to the website with accessibility in mind.

3. Current status

We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of our website. We are committed to progressively identifying and fixing accessibility barriers, and welcome feedback from visitors who encounter difficulty using our site.

4. Known limitations

As with many websites, some third-party content or embedded tools we use (for example, review or booking widgets provided by another company) may not fully meet the same accessibility standard we aim for on pages we control directly. We encourage any visitor who experiences difficulty with a specific page or feature to let us know using the details below, so we can look into it or offer an alternative way to get the information or service you need (for example, over the phone).

5. Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of our website is difficult for you to use, you do not need to rely on it. You can always reach us directly by:

  • Telephone: 082 307 1386;
  • Email: hello@edukinetics.com; or
  • In person at 3 Protea Road, Protea Heights, Brackenfell, Western Cape, South Africa.

6. Reporting an accessibility problem

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us: the web page (URL) where you experienced the problem, a description of the problem, and the device, browser, or assistive technology (such as a screen reader) you were using. We will do our best to respond promptly and address genuine barriers within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this statement

We will review and update this statement as our website changes and as our accessibility work progresses.
