In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), Edukinetics Practise (Pty) Ltd, trading as Edukinetics, has appointed the following Information Officer, who is responsible for encouraging our compliance with POPIA and PAIA and for dealing with requests made to us under these laws:

The Information Officer's responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Edukinetics complies with POPIA's conditions for the lawful processing of personal information;
- Dealing with requests made to Edukinetics under PAIA, including maintaining our PAIA Manual;
- Working with the Information Regulator in relation to any investigation carried out under POPIA or PAIA;
- Otherwise ensuring compliance with POPIA and PAIA within Edukinetics.
